1 cup dates
1 cup pistachio/ Almonds
1 Tbsp premium cocoa powder
1 cup dried fig/ dried Cranberry
Procedure:
1 cup pistachio/ Almonds

Procedure:
- Toast the nuts for 10 mins in 350 degrees oven.
- Mix all the ingredients in blender. Use pulse till everything looks like powder/ small pieces. Then run the blender for 2/3 mins to combine them together. It should look like ball/dough.
- Place the dough on wax paper and flatten it to make like a flat rectangular cake. You can also make small balls or any shape you like.
- Place in refrigerator to chill for 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Once out of the refrigerator, you can cut it in the size you want. Make diamond or rectangular shaped smaller bars. You can refrigerate these upto three months or you can keep it at room temperture for a month. Room temperature bars are a but chewy if you like it that way.
